Minister Michael Boone
Michael's Music Ministry
Michael Boone is 14 years old. he is the son of Felicia Boone James of Kinston, NC and Pastor Michael Robinson of San Francisco, CA. He is a freshman at Ayden-Grifton High School. He is a member of Zion Chapel FWB Church in Ayden, NC where he is under the leadership of Bishop C. R. Parker.
He began his working for the lord at the young age of 10 when he began ministering through song. He is a member of several of his church's choirs, and a former member of a few quartet groups. He even went on to start his own quartet, Michael Boone and Annointed Divinity in 2011.
Through divine connection Michael had the opportunity to meet with Doc Mckenzie, and shortly after perform on stage with hiw national recording group, Doc Mckenzie and the Hi-lites. Since that performance he has been blessed to minister with various other recording artists including but not limited to, Luther Barnes and the Sunset Juilaires, Debra Barnes, the McDonald Sisters, the Sensatonal Nghtingales, the Five Blind Boys of Mississippi, the Swannee Quintet, Lil David and the Bells of Joy, the Bishop Darrel McFadden & the Disciples, George Dean & the Gospel Four, Willis Pittman & the Burden Lifters, Keith "Wonderboy" Johnson, The Gospel Legends, Slim's Original Supreme Angels, Tommy Ellison's Original Singing Stars, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, Pastor Shirley Ceaser, and the number one quartet of this time, Lee Williams and the Spiritual QC's.
Michael has appeared on WCTI News 12 and Fox News 14 after singing the National Anthem at a basketball game at Kinston High School. He also appeared on Kinston Cable Station TACC-9 with a solo part in the Northwest Fifth Grade Chorus.
Michael was blessed to go into the studio on Oct. 17, 2011. There he recorded his first demo cd entiled "Mighty in Ministry". This album features his first single entitled "Rapture".
Michael is a young, fire-filled soilder for the most high, and it is apparent whenever he ministers. He has devoted his life to serving God and ministering his word using all of the gifts that he has been blessed with. His singing Ministry was only the start!!
Michael As A Minister
During the early part of 2014, Michael answered another call on his life. That call was to preach God's word. On Aug. 3, 2014 Michael preached his initial sermon at his church. He studied and trained for this moment for six months under the leadership of his Pastor. Since his initial sermon, Michael has been continously getting booked for appointments and sharing God's word to the masses.
